We are seeking a Program Facilitator, QUT Entrepreneurship to join QUT Entrepreneurship, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.

QUT Entrepreneurship seeks to empower members of the QUT community to successfully pursue and bring entrepreneurial and innovative ideas to life. The Program Facilitator develops productive relationships to facilitate the development of entrepreneurship skills. Working collaboratively in a team, they will develop and deliver engaging experiential entrepreneurial learning activities and events, in person and online to audiences from high school students to academic staff.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Operations to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.

The Senior Engineer, Operations is a member of the Corporate Systems team who takes responsibility for maintaining and improving a complex landscape of business-critical solutions, providing operational support to our customers and helping to implement QUT's Digital Strategy which includes a multi-year project to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning system. This role will work in partnership with team members, clients and other IT professionals, with a focus on maintaining a range of solutions related to the Corporate Applications environment, encompassing Finance and HR Systems. Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Contracts Officer to join Office of Research Services, Research Portfolio, Academic Division.

The Contracts Officer is part of the Contracts Unit in the Office of Research Services (ORS) and is primarily responsible for independently managing low to medium risk research contracts from across all QUT faculties. The successful applicant will be motivated, agile and proactive with expertise in performing due diligence, assessing risk and managing records. You will have detailed knowledge and experience with research contracts and consider yourself an authority in low to medium risk contract arrangements. You will also have experience with contracts requiring a high level of specialist knowledge.

The Office also manages the University’s research management platforms and coordinates internal and external research reporting..

What you need to succeed

1. A degree with at least four (4) years subsequent relevant experience.
2. Extensive experience with independently managing research contract development and negotiation of low to moderate risk research agreements and the ability to manage high risk research agreements under supervision.
3. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend solutions to challenging issues.
4. High level ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures in a complex environment.
5. A high degree of initiative, with a track record of independently keeping records, managing tasks and driving projects to completion.
6. Highly-developed written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience in negotiation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a high functioning team environment.

We are seeking a Manager, HiQ (Contact Centre) to join Digital Business Solutions, Administrative Division.

The Manager, HiQ Contact Centre provides strategic and operational leadership for QUT’s high volume contact centre services. This role is responsible for establishing, strengthening and continuously improving the core foundations of contact centre operations, including workforce capability, service design, performance management, quality assurance, and enabling technologies. The position leads a complex service environment, balancing day to day operational delivery with longer term service maturity and uplift. Working as part of the Student Engagement leadership team, the Manager, HiQ Contact Centre will collaborate closely with peer managers and key stakeholders to ensure contact centre practices are aligned, scalable and integrated with broader service models. The role has a strong focus on building sustainable operating rhythms, embedding consistent processes, and using data and insights to drive service, performance and customer experience improvements. The Manager, HiQ Contact Centre plays a key role in progressing outcomes identified through service maturity and capability assessments, supporting the evolution of HiQ’s service model, and ensuring the contact centre is well positioned to respond to changing student needs, demand patterns and digital service expectations.
