We are seeking a School Executive Assistant to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health.

The School Executive Assistant provides executive support to the Head of School, including high level administration support, and planning and advice. The School Executive Assistant works collaboratively with key stakeholders and other staff to deliver exceptional service and support. Confidentiality, discretion and consistent sound judgement are critical attributes for this role. The position requires outstanding organisational skills in supporting the Faculty executive member with time management, diary management, travel organisation and correspondence. The School Executive Assistant is also responsible for developing, refining and maintaining office administration processes and supporting the School in general administration.

The Apprentice Mechanical Engineer (Machining) role combines structured off the job training with practical, on the job experience. Under the supervision of qualified tradespersons, the apprentice will develop skills across all aspects of machining within a workshop environment. Through the apprenticeship program, the apprentice will gain both theoretical knowledge and hands on experience in the manufacture, repair, and replacement of engineering components used across a range of machinery and plant equipment.
