Program Facilitator, QUT Entrepreneurship
- Reference number: 26263
- Term: Ongoing, full-time basis
- Remuneration: $122,852 to $134,385 pa (HEW7) (inclusive of $103,811 to $113,557 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Gardens Point (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Program Facilitator, QUT Entrepreneurship to join QUT Entrepreneurship, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.
QUT Entrepreneurship seeks to empower members of the QUT community to successfully pursue and bring entrepreneurial and innovative ideas to life. The Program Facilitator develops productive relationships to facilitate the development of entrepreneurship skills. Working collaboratively in a team, they will develop and deliver engaging experiential entrepreneurial learning activities and events, in person and online to audiences from high school students to academic staff.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in a field where entrepreneurship is a focus with subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing innovative and engaging learning experiences in the field of entrepreneurship and/or innovation for different student groups.
- Evidence of the impact of learning facilitation in a higher education or executive education context.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across a range of mediums and channels to generate enthusiasm and commitment to learning.
- Excellent organisational skills, willingness to collaborate and capacity to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.
- A demonstrated commitment to working in a team, taking responsibility and being accountable for action.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
