We now have an exciting opportunity for a Workday System Analyst to join our Information Technology team on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide.
This role will be responsible for support team with a focus on supporting live integrations and designing, configuring, deploying new integrations to/from Workday within the HCM, Financials and Procurement modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, design and development of Workday integrations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations and middleware systems.
- Experience in system monitoring, regression testing, and maintaining integration documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, ensuring best practices and compliance with security and governance standards.
Your background
- Experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations with downstream systems.
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP, REST API), and PECI payroll integration (preferably Chris21).
- Strong knowledge of Workday implementation and integration tools
- Proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders across technical and functional teams to resolve integration-related issues.
- Experience reviewing new Workday releases, analysing their impact, and optimising existing integrations and processes accordingly.
- Extensive Workday experience is mandatory, with Workday certifications preferred.
