Forget sitting on the sidelines - you’ll be contributing from day one.. As soon as you commence as our Data & Analytics Graduate, you'll be doing purpose driven work on real infrastructure that our communities depend on every day. Think six-month rotations across diverse teams, a group innovation project with actual senior backing, and mentoring from people who genuinely want to see you grow.
Two years of structured experience designed to fast-track your career in one of the most essential industries in the country. At the end of the program, you’ll transition into a permanent full-time position. Not bad for your first job out of uni.
As a Data & Analytics Graduate:
- Explore how Unitywater's Business Planning and Performance team builds tools, automates processes and turns data into insights that shape real business outcomes.
- Learn how we deliver and optimise technology solutions, safeguards data integrity and availability, and manages the performance of technology partnerships across a live utility environment.

This role spans both our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay offices, and graduates will be expected to travel between these locations as needed.
