What you need to succeed

1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in managing the financial, physical and human resources of an anatomy, healthcare or surgical skills training facility, or of another facility in a related field with comparable compliance requirements and complexity.
2. Demonstrated knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the Queensland Transplantation & Anatomy Act 1979 and associated regulations, including reporting and record keeping obligations.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high?performing teams, uphold strong client service and ethical standards, foster a positive team culture, manage performance through feedback, allocate workloads effectively, and identify development needs to deliver quality business outcomes.
4. Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to coordinate a diverse range of complex activities using limited resources, with a focus on the client’s needs while maintaining the highest level of compliance and respect.

This is a richly complex environment, spanning high-volume contact centre operations, front-line service delivery, and marketing-focused future-student engagement campaigns. This fixed-term role has been established to assist HiQ during a transition period focused on service uplift and maturity. The ARC Training Centre for Microphysiological System Technology (MiPSET) is seeking a highly motivated Centre Manager to lead and oversee the Centre’s operations and engagement activities. The Centre Manager will sit on the Centre’s Executive Committee and work closely with the Director and Deputy Director to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the Centre’s vision and objectives. The Centre Manager will also oversee the Centre’s budget, including operating and discretionary funds.
