We are excited to announce the formation of the WiT Male Advisory and Advocacy Committee (WiTMAAC), a new initiative by Women in Technology (WiT) aimed at fostering collaboration and engaging men as allies and advocates for positive change within STEM industries. 

WiTMAAC's mission is to support WiT in promoting gender diversity and inclusion by bringing male professionals into the conversation as champions of equality. Through this initiative, we aim to:

• Advise on strategies for engaging men as allies in creating inclusive environments.
• Advocate for impactful policies and practices that support women in STEM.
• Collaborate on initiatives that drive meaningful change and foster mutual respect in male-dominated fields.

We are seeking expressions of interest from senior male professionals in STEM industries who share our vision and values and are passionate about driving positive change. Members of this committee will provide valuable insights, help shape initiatives, and advocate for equality in the workplace.
