As the world’s Day Zero investor, we assemble experienced and aspiring entrepreneurs ready to build. This forms the talent pool for you to find your co-founder(s). We support idea validation so you do not need to come with a formed view on what you will build.

In addition, we provide business coaching and a clear capital pathway. In most cases we are the first money into a company and can continue to back the business through follow-on rounds of VC funding.

About you

Great founders can emerge from any background but for guidance, to fulfill the commercial co-founder position in an Antler backed company you will likely come from one of the following backgrounds:

• Executive, sales, marketing and product leaders: seasoned senior commercial talent from a tech product company, ideally a startup or scaleup
• Domain expertise in a material problem that needs to be solved or open to joining a co-founding team that has a material problem to work on
• Excellent customer and commercial acumen with clear goto market strategy experience
• Creative problem solver that leads the way and writes the playbook that others will follow

In addition to the above, you will demonstrate Founder DNA via:

• Inner drive: You're a self-starter and can motivate yourself and others to join your mission. You set high goals and have proven to achieve them.
• Grit: You have the willingness and ability to keep going when you're faced with obstacles.

Residency Program

• 10 weeks full time.
• 1st week in Sydney where everyone meets each other and begins to discuss co-founding a tech startup business.
• Runs in person in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
