Responsibilities:
As an integral member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Gathering and prioritising customer, market, and stakeholder requirements.
- Advocating for user and buyer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conducting strategic market analysis.
- Overseeing product lifecycle and continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Success in Software Solutions or Technical Solutions environments.
- Domain experience in Payroll or strong familiarity with financial, HR/WFM, or ERP systems.
- Confident in leading technical discussions.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or related discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience delivering Cloud Native or SaaS solutions (desirable).
- Experience working in an Agile Development Environment (desirable).
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (desirable).
