We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Learning Team to collaborate with our highly skilled experts across Aurion to ensure we create content that makes life work better for our customers and team.

Responsibilities

The primary goal of this role is to create knowledge articles that support customers and enhance their experience with our Version 12 (V12) software. The Content Writer will excel in communication, translating technical software processes into clear, user-friendly documentation for Aurion. Additional responsibilities include:

·        Write, format, edit, review and proof knowledge article content for technical and non-technical users of the Aurion software to better understand and navigate the features of V12

·        Build and maintain an internal user guide to support our teams

·        Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the delivery of existing and new content, ensuring that it is aligned with our core purpose to make life work better for our customers and team

·        Prepare, review and maintain knowledge articles written for V12, keeping up-to-date with the latest enhancements and releases, ensuring that our customers have the most relevant and helpful information and guidance available

Skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating the following experience and qualities:

·        Prior experience with the development of written learning content in the role of Content Writer, eLearning Developer, Technical Writer or similar

·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to create documentation for audiences with varying levels of technical skills and knowledge

·        Proven ability to quickly learn and understand technical material with a proactive approach to developing our online knowledge articles, support processes and content required to enhance these resources

·        Independently motivated with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment as required, and use hybrid work communication technologies

·        Highly advantageous to have prior experience working with Customer Support Software such as Intercom

Your opportunity

The Senior SAP Security Compliance Consultant (referred to internally as the Senior Security Compliance Analyst) provides analytical and technical support to Energy Queensland's (EQL) SAP landscape, and acts as the primary point of contact to identify opportunities and solutions for application security problems within the ERP/EAM platform. You apply compliance related subject matter expertise in order to develop and oversee security data governance frameworks, upskill stakeholders and optimise SAP security standards within EQL.

This role can be based at any one of our major EQL locations including Brisbane, Toowoomba, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, or Cairns.

The remuneration for your new role is from $171k plus 14.75% super for a 10-day fortnight.

What you’ll bring

Technical expertise:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital security compliance or in a related area and must have worked on at least one full SAP implementation project as a SAP Security Consultant or Compliance Analyst.
• Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control with ARA – Access Risk Analysis, BRM – Business Role Management, EAM – Emergency Access Management are all critical to this role.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting internal/external audits, compliance activities and negotiation experience with Cyber Security to address Cyber Uplift initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in SAP Application Security Management in S/4 FIORI, BTP and SAP cloud technologies, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur and SAP Payroll Systems.
• Experience in SAP security processes, policies and standards for SAP Landscape (S/4HANA, MDG, BI/BOBJ, GR12.0 and SAP IDM 8.0).
• Experience in an integrated/automated access provisioning environment.
• Understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance frameworks and application of SAP compliance objectives.

Qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience and demonstrated competence appropriate to the position. 
• SAP/Governance Risk Compliance/Security Certification not mandatory but preferred.
• Industry and vendor certification pertaining to the technologies utilised in EQL. 
• SAP Security/ Information Security OR Cyber Security Certifications.

Collaboration skills:

• Strong communication skills are essential, with a proven ability to proactively engage and communicate with external vendors as well as internal stakeholders/project managers.
• Proven experience in building and managing relationships, dealing with internal and external auditors.
• Well versed in managing competing priorities in highly pressurised environments.

This is an amazing opportunity to work on the latest SAP Platform and EQL is the leading organisation to roll out the S/4 HANA 2023 FP 02 version along with BTP and other integrated SAP and non-SAP services/solutions. This position will have a steep learning curve, though the incumbent will have the chance to significantly build on their future skillset.

About the Role

We are seeking multiple positions. Roles are available for developers with skills in Applied AI, Front-end Web application and API development, or Full Stack enterprise platform development. Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.

These roles will be responsible for technical delivery for designing, building, and maintaining optimised and highly available data infrastructure, pipelines, and workflows that facilitate data management, data analytics, and modelling solutions. These roles plan, design, develop, deploy, and administer frameworks and architectural approaches that scale to handle user demands. 

These are hands-on roles which requires technical expertise to deliver data and analytical services including data ingestion, transformation, storage, dashboarding, and model execution. The roles strive to continuously develop new and improved data engineering and operations capabilities.

Successful applicants may exclusively support major projects or programs such as EcoCommons Australia or WildObs. 

Key responsibilities

• Scope, analyse, design, develop, test, deploy, document, and support software solutions (e.g. scripts, programs, workflows or RESTful web services) to broad specifications under broad supervision, providing technical leadership to junior team members as required.

• Work closely and actively communicate with a team of engineers, product managers, and analysts.

About you

Essential qualifications and experience

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of at least 10 years relevant experience and/or education/training. 
• Practical skills in software engineering and scripting languages (Python, R, Javascript, Powershell, Perl, shell, etc.) including desktop and web-based platform development. 
• Practical skills and experience in design, delivery, and operation of complex systems and platforms.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD technologies and approaches.
• Experience with Agile development and management methodologies.
• Practical skills in designing and implementing ETL systems.
• Ability to prioritise own workload, work independently and meet deadlines. 

Desirable qualifications and experience

• Knowledge and experience in the use and management of Linux systems in a Cloud environment.
• Knowledge and experience in the use and management of Windows systems in a Cloud environment.
• Knowledge and experience in project management.
• Experience in advising researchers on the appropriate data science strategies.
• Experience in working with relational and non-relational databases and the design of data models; improving system operations, delivery and management of large datasets, data integrity and quality.
• Skills and experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with front end frameworks such as ReactJS, Flutter, or other modern frameworks.
• Experience in developing service APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes/Containerisation.
• Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps.

The position reports to Head of Data & Software Solutions. Successful applicants will receive priority and workplans from project/program leads.
