We now have an exciting opportunity for a System Analyst to join our Information Technology Corporate Systems Team on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide.
Corporate Systems Team supports over ~40 applications for PSC, Fleet, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Learning, Legal, Collaboration and Communications.
The primary objective of this role is to provide varying degree of Functional, Technical support and System administration of these applications (mainly SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert functional and technical support for corporate applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Perform system administration tasks, including storage management, security reviews, user management, and regular system maintenance.
- Drive compliance and governance by managing ITIL change processes, user access reviews, and security best practices.
- Lead system enhancements and upgrades, coordinating testing, patching, and continuous improvements to optimise performance.
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Your background
- Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 application and user support, ensuring seamless issue resolution and system performance.
- Strong expertise in application lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, and retirement of business applications.
- Skilled in fostering relationships with IT teams, business stakeholders, and service providers, effectively managing expectations and priorities.
- Hands-on experience working across BAU, projects, and enhancements, ensuring continuous system improvements and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and IT system process improvements, leveraging best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Advanced system administration skills in complex application environments, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, DocuSign, and Nintex Promapp.
