Responsibilities:
As an integral member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Conducting research to inform solution design.
- Documenting functional requirements as user stories.
- Developing customer journeys, screen mock-ups, and system design artefacts.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing iteration flow.
- Collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and product owners.
Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Business Analyst delivering impactful software.
- Experience with Payroll and HCM solutions.
- High attention to detail and a practical approach to story-writing.
- Proficiency in modelling business and data processes.
- Team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience delivering Cloud Native or SaaS solutions (desirable).
- Experience working in an Agile Development Environment (desirable).
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (desirable).
