The opportunity
We are looking for multiple OT System Support Officers to provide technology and applications management services to our Advanced Energy Management System (AEMS). In this role you will manage configuration, performance, and fault/emergency processes to support Powerlink’s energy, digital and telecommunications network management systems.
Further to this, you will;
- Develop and support Hardware and Software Inventory and Configuration Management tools to ensure accurate asset records and high availability of network systems
- Coordinate and support Fault Management processes to maintain system resilience
- Assist in implementing new technology and projects, ensuring best practices
- Build strong working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders

What you’ll bring
- Degree level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
You will have a strong background in operations engineering applications, project management techniques, and control system technologies.
You should also be proficient with UNIX operating systems, virtual environments, Windows Active Directory, storage arrays, and security measures in operational technology environments.
