We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Learning Team to collaborate with our highly skilled experts across Aurion to ensure we create content that makes life work better for our customers and team.

Responsibilities

The primary goal of this role is to create knowledge articles that support customers and enhance their experience with our Version 12 (V12) software. The Content Writer will excel in communication, translating technical software processes into clear, user-friendly documentation for Aurion. Additional responsibilities include:

·        Write, format, edit, review and proof knowledge article content for technical and non-technical users of the Aurion software to better understand and navigate the features of V12

·        Build and maintain an internal user guide to support our teams

·        Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the delivery of existing and new content, ensuring that it is aligned with our core purpose to make life work better for our customers and team

·        Prepare, review and maintain knowledge articles written for V12, keeping up-to-date with the latest enhancements and releases, ensuring that our customers have the most relevant and helpful information and guidance available

Skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating the following experience and qualities:

·        Prior experience with the development of written learning content in the role of Content Writer, eLearning Developer, Technical Writer or similar

·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to create documentation for audiences with varying levels of technical skills and knowledge

·        Proven ability to quickly learn and understand technical material with a proactive approach to developing our online knowledge articles, support processes and content required to enhance these resources

·        Independently motivated with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment as required, and use hybrid work communication technologies

·        Highly advantageous to have prior experience working with Customer Support Software such as Intercom
