We now have an exciting opportunity for a Cloud & Domain Infrastructure Specialist to join our technology team on a permanent full-time basis on Melbourne, Sydney, Adeliade or Brisbane.
Reporting to the Cloud & Domain Services Manager, Build, operate and provide level 3 support on our nation-wide on-premises domain services environment, including being responsible for the ongoing ownership, maintenance and support of all corporate Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Group Policy as well as authentication and identity protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operations and maintenance of the hybrid IT domains and associated infrastructure
- Managing on-prem and cloud-based identity infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Group Policy, and authentication protocols.
- Supporting the delivery and operation of modern identity and access technologies like SSO, SAML, OAuth, Conditional Access, and MFA.
- Be the team principal advisor for security, audits and compliance
Your background
- Tertiary qualifications and Professional qualifications (ICAA, CPA or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft AD, Group Policy, LDAP, NTFS, SMB, and scripting.
- Deep understanding of hybrid IT environments and their complexities.
- Proven delivery of Microsoft Infrastructure projects (2+ end-to-end implementations).
- Solid grasp of authentication protocols, identity workflows, and automation.
- Experience in Microsoft and AWS technologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a geographically dispersed environment.
- A passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing with peers.
About the Team
The Networks Finance function is accountable for delivering management accounting services for the AGN networks (SA, VIC, NSW, QLD), GDI network (QLD) and APA's own Central Ranges network. Finance facilitates management decision-making and organisational performance by establishing APA accounting policy and governance for the group's financial systems.
The team is accountable for statutory financial reporting, the treasury back office, company financial policy, technical accounting, regulatory accounting, business advice, finance system support and enhancement. In terms of accounting services provided to APA's managed investments and Networks, this Networks Finance team is further accountable for budgeting & forecasting, haulage revenue, capital and operational expenditure analysis and financial management.
