Women in Technology (WiT) is looking for dedicated volunteer committee members to join our newly formed Membership Engagement Committee.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in WiT's mission to sustain a thriving and active member base. We're seeking individuals with specific skills to help us attract new members, enhance retention, and ensure WiT consistently delivers exceptional value to its community.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking two to three people to complement our Board members on the committee. Your expertise is crucial to our success, and we're particularly interested in individuals with skills in:

• Member Engagement & Community Building: Do you know how to foster strong connections and create a vibrant, inclusive community?
• Marketing & Communications: Can you craft compelling narratives and design campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences?
• Research & Strategic Analysis: Are you skilled at digging into data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies?
• Member Experience: Do you have a deep understanding of what makes a positive member journey and how to continually enhance it?
• Growth Strategies: Are you an innovator who can identify and implement effective strategies for membership acquisition and retention?

We are keen to hear from both WiT members and non-members, including student representatives, to ensure a diversity of perspectives and experiences on the committee.
