Job Description
Are you an accomplished Business Analyst aiming to create a meaningful impact?
Join our Portfolio Management Office to drive continuous technology transformation initiatives aimed at consolidating both our internal and customer-facing platforms and creating outstanding customer experiences.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements, analyse and document business needs and identify potential features and solutions alongside our talented technology team. This is a permanent role where you will play an integral part in shaping our ever-evolving portfolio of projects.
In this role you will:
- Uncover and document vital business challenges, goals, and needs.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to capture requirements and visualise current and future states.
- Undertake options appraisals and recommend solutions based on fit-to-requirements.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping business cases and project blueprints.
- Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories for DevOps delivery teams and work with technical peers to support planning and sprint readiness.
- Ensure appropriate design services and methodologies are engaged in solution development and delivery.
- Cultivate invaluable connections with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- You excel at eliciting and prioritising requirements, running workshops, and converting business needs into clear, actionable epics/features for delivery teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of business fundamentals, typical processes and systems.
- Professional experience across various business applications, integrations and data analytics. Across complex technology environment
- Skilled in BPMN 2.0 process mapping, requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
- Proficiency working within Iterative, DevOps and Agile project environments.
- Exposure to platforms such as D365, Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric/.NET or modern cloud e-commerce solutions would be highly desirable.
- Experience in Project Coordination, UAT and Change Management activities would be well regarded.
