The Role:

You’ll work across AI, application development, integrations and API design. This role is perfect for an engineer who enjoys variety, problem-solving and bringing new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain product features using PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MySQL
• Develop AI solutions (LLMs, Vector DBs, RAG)
• Build standards-based APIs and third-party integrations
• Contribute to discussions on architecture, scalability and performance
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for stability and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality coding practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and QA engineers to refine requirements and deliver solutions
• Document technical decisions for knowledge sharing and compliance

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript and MySQL
• Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, OpenSearch) and Linux
• Background in SaaS development, integrations, and API design
• Exposure to AI/ML (LLMs, vectors, RAG) is highly desirable
• Bonus: SharePoint/Document Management Systems, SOLR/ElasticSearch
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
